Peter Durand
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Durand has lead Integrian's strategic direction and operations for four years. Prior to Integrian, Mr. Durand was President and Chief Operating Officer at Entivity, an automation company with 2000+ customers worldwide, including many Fortune 500 companies (Entivity was sold to Phoenix Contact in Germany). He also held the role of Director of E-Business for GE Fanuc, a joint venture business between General Electric and Fanuc of Japan. While there he was an integral part of the executive staff of this $600 million business; recruiting the e-business team, revamping the entire web infrastructure, coordinating e-business strategies with other GE business leaders. He has held senior management positions with several start-ups and other large companies over a 17 year career. Mr. Durand holds an M.B.A from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
Matt Mikula
Senior Vice President, Worldwide Operations
Matt is responsible for production, manufacturing, facilities, and Program Management functions for Integrian. His role enriches Integrian with expertise in operational processes effective for growth.
Matt brings a diverse background with more than 12 years' experience focused in industrial controls, electrical system design, product marketing and business management. He has been a part of companies such as Kimberly-Clark, Eaton Corporation and General Electric. Most recently Matt served as global manager of MR Open Systems for GE Healthcare managing an MR product line that is designed, manufactured and sold throughout the world.
Matt holds a BS in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Jim Scheuer
Chief Financial Officer
Jim joined Integrian as Chief Financial Officer in 2007 from Constella Group LLC, a global provider of professional health services. Prior to his career at Constella, Scheuer held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Ultimius, Inc., in Cary, N.C., an international software company. In this position, Scheuer oversaw internal financial reporting and accounting, financial analysis, facilities, outside legal activities, risk management, and human relations. His accomplishments included installing a new online worldwide financial accounting and reporting system.
Jim's experience includes managing acquisitions, banking, and investor relationships, and strategic planning. Prior to joining Ultimius, he spent six years at SciQuest, Inc., a software and solutions company in Research Triangle Park, N.C. In this role, he oversaw all of the company's financial and reporting systems and orchestrated the raising of $37.5 million in venture capital funding. Jim led the company to a successful $138 million initial public offering in November 1999. He also played a key role in negotiating and integrating eight strategic acquisitions.
Jim has also held the position of Chief Financial Officer with Boise Marketing Services, Hickory Farms, Inc., and has served as partner with Deloitte Haskins and Sells. He holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Bob Bradley
Vice President, Sales & Business Development
Bob was most recently VP of Sales and Business Development at SlickEdit, a software development tools vendor. While at SlickEdit, Bob was responsible for developing and executing 18 new strategic OEM agreements, as well as growing sales every year resulting in record setting revenue for the company. Before his work at SlickEdit, Bob held various roles at T3, Eaton Corporation and Westinghouse Electric. Bob has a total of 20 years of experience focused mainly in the software and technology markets. He has significant experience in all facets of business operations, including: sales, business development, marketing communications, product management and operations. Bob holds an MS in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
Debbie Edmondson
Vice President, Human Resources
Debbie joined Integrian in 2006 from ChannelAdvisor Corporation, a privately held company that provides auction and marketplace management software and services to a wide range of sellers. As director of human resources, Debbie helped grow the company from 50 employees in RTP to a global company with more than 170 employees. Prior to ChannelAdvisor, Debbie held senior-level human resources positions with Tangram, BuildNet and Time Warner Cable.
Debbie holds her degree in psychology from Carson Newman College in Jefferson City, TN, and is certified as a senior professional in human resources.
Jerry Lynch
Vice President, Engineering
Jerry joined Integrian in 2007 with over 12 years of product development experience with both small companies and major electronics manufacturers including Motorola and Freescale. Jerry has worked directly with the world's leading original equipment manufacturers to incorporate advanced wireless communications designs, ensuring protocol and software compatibility, as well as developing reference designs that meet next-generation, wireless handheld and in-room video consumer products. Jerry's technical experience spans from high-level system architecture to low-level implementation details with a focus on product marketability, manufacturability, and competitive cost.
As Vice President of Engineering for Integrian, Jerry oversees hardware and software development for DigitalPatroller and TransitCam product lines.
A member of the IEEE, Jerry received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Notre Dame and a master's degree in electrical engineering from Ohio State University.
